On February 8th, 2007, Anna Nicole Smith was discovered dead in Room 607 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. After seven weeks of investigation, her death has been ruled as suicide, homicide, or natural cause. The final verdict was determined to be by the medical community as a “drug overdose of the sedative chloral hydrate that became increasingly lethal when combined with other prescription drugs in her system, specifically four benzodiazepines.”
5 Judith Barsi
Is the Land Before Time and All Dogs Go To Heaven star was killed at the hands of her dad, Jozsef Barsi. The murder took place on July 25, 1988. According to reports, as Judith gained more fame, her father turned very abusive and demanded a lot of her little young star. Jozsef fired Judith with a gun in her head as she was sleeping and later killed his wife Maria prior to setting the family’s home on fire and then shooting himself.
6 Lee Thompson
On the 29th of August, 2013, when Lee Thompson Young was not present for an event on Rizzoli and Isles, the police were dispatched to check on his health. The body was discovered in his home, and his manager confirmed that it was a suicide caused by a self-inflicted gunshot. Later, it was revealed that he had been identified as having bipolar disorder and being depressed prior to his death. 7 Heather O’Rourke
In the early part of 1987, child actress Heather O’Rourke, popular for her performance in The Poltergeist, was diagnosed with a stomach infection and was mistakenly diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease by doctors of Kaiser Permanente and was prescribed medication to manage it. On the 31st of January in 1988, she fell sick and couldn’t maintain a steady diet. On the next day, she fell ill in the car on the way to the hospital. This caused her stepfathers to solicit paramedics. She was diagnosed with cardiac arrest while driving to the hospital. After the resuscitation procedure, she was taken to Rady Children’s Hospital, where she passed away the following day. Initially, the doctor believed that she was suffering from influenza, but later it was discovered that she was not diagnosed correctly and that the primary reason for her death was the cardiac arrest that was caused by septic shock, which was caused by intestinal stenosis caused by an obstruction in the bowel.
9 Princess Diana
On the 31st of August in 1997, Diana was killed in a car crash. Diana lost her life in a collision within the Pont de l’Alma road tunnel in Paris. The other victims of the crash included her partner Dodi Fayed and her driver Henri Paul, who was the security manager at the Hotel Ritz Paris. The initial French investigation concluded that the accident was the result of Paul’s drunken driving. Others have suggested it was preplanned and carried out by MI6.

In the early hours of the morning on the 31st of October 1993, River Pheonix died of poisoning at the entrance of The Viper Room after having played there for hours prior. The news of his death was widely reported due to the fact that at the time, Johnny Depp partly owned the club, and they had performed earlier with The Flea, who was from The Red Hot Chili Peppers. He was snorkelling at the Great Barrier Reef, filming shots for Ocean’s Deadliest when the weather turned terrible, which led him to take underwater photos in his show for daughter Bindi the Jungle Girl. The stingray approached him, and only one person who witnessed the incident said that the stingray attacked him with the force of sharks. The stingray ended up puncturing his heart and lung, which caused Steve to be unable to breathe. Bindi has carried on her father’s legacy and has been “the jungle girl.”

The year 2008 was the time that Bernie Mac was admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. After a week in the hospital to receive treatment, he fell into cardiac arrest and died in the early hours of August 9 due to pneumonia that was aggravated by sarcoidosis.

In the month of September 1955, when he was travelling along U.S. Route 466, James Dean was in a car crash, and the driver (who was believed to be the one at fault) was able to escape with only minor injuries. James Dean’s death was believed to be due to a broken neck that occurred during the accident.

On the 31st of March of 1995, Selena had a meeting with Yolanda Saldivar, who was the former director of one of her stores as well as the president of her fan group. After a heated dispute, Yolanda shot Selena in the back. As doctors attempted to save Selena the next day, she suffered cardiac arrest and then passed away. The reason for her death is believed to be due to Selena’s family having dismissed Yolanda at the beginning of the year 1995 after they found out she had been stealing funds in Selena’s boutiques and fan clubs. Yolanda has been in prison for life with the possibility of parole in 2025.
